“Quick check in, only issue was the $5 charge mentioned on Hotels.com to be paid upon check in is because I booked through Hotels.com! If I booked directly with the hotel chain I would not have been charged. Check in was efficient, room very clean, bed VERY comfortable (lovely linens). Quiet and slept undesturbed. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker helpful amenities. Breakfast was good.”

“Lovely hotel in a very busy area! Friday night brought a lot of …interesting characters. The staff were nice and helpful. We felt welcome and well cared for. The bar and restaurant at the entrance of the hotel were nice and we enjoyed our food and drinks. We stayed in a super cute room too. We will return to Crossroads in the future.”

“The location was great, the perfect location near my work location, convenient to many dining locations, 5-10 minutes away, and not far to get to attractions about 30 minutes away. The person leading the breakfast remembered my name and what I ate the day before to ask me if I wanted it again!!”
