“Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.”

“When we just got into the room we saw 3 flies in the room. The floors carpet was really sticky. On the second day, after the room cleaning service everything felt wet, at night we could clearly hear our next room neighbors conversation. It sounded like they were next to me. The service in the lobby was perfect.”

“Only reason for leaving a 4 star review is they were supposed to have the pool opened which I why we booked that hotel, but when asked why the gate was locked to the pool they said oh they just haven't got around to cleaning it yet. Pool had been "opened" for a few weeks at this point.”

“We've stayed at Courtyard several times before, and it's consistently good. The first floor room wasn't quite as good. While I liked not having to lug bags upstairs, I disliked not having a balcony or patio, and the pillows were really bad. I dont remember pillows being an issue before. Also, the breakfast room is on the 4th floor, and since there's no elevator, we still had to go upstairs for that. That was fine for us, but worth noting. We liked that they now have recycle cans inside the……
