“We were very disappointed with this unit. My husband is a disabled veteran with mobility issues. I asked when I booked if there were stairs. The steps to the entry were extremely difficult for my husband to use and he fell twice. The trash from a previous guest was not emptied. I assumed that by paying the cleaning fee that the unit would be reasonably clean. I was wrong. Steps to basement for W/D were dangerous. They were steep and there was no handrail. The amenities were awesome, hot tub was clean and we loved that it was right outside the back door. The entertainment set up in the basement was amazing, very cozy and comfortable for Christmas movies. I loved her kitchen set up and bedrooms were also cozy and the bed super comfortable. "I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible experience."
