「Listing was true to wording. I love that they sent a video of how to find the condo to make it easier on us. Pool was nice 3ft to 6ft and gym had some decent equipment. I did rent the bikes but wasn't able to use them, felt like the road close was to busy to ride any bikes to get to any stores. But I am from the country so people who are city like would probably be more comfortable with it. Place was clean and smelled good. A/c worked amazing as well Only a few cons master bathroom shower takes...

「Spotless with all new appliances and kitchen cabinets etc. Fast internet and huge Smart TV with comfortable seating in living area. Just a short walk to the beach and to bike path. We (especially our dog) also enjoyed the screened porch. Because it is a duplex we could sometimes hear neighbors who rented other unit (kids). For some reason it takes the hot water in bathroom sink a looong time to get warm. Kitchen and shower heated up reasonably fast.」
