「We had an amazing experience at Privilege Aluxes! Everything exceeded our expectations! The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was always spotless and comfortable. We truly felt relaxed and well taken care of the entire stay. Highly recommend this resort and will definitely be coming back!」

「We had an amazing stay! The staff was amazing and always made sure you were well taken care of. The pools were clean and the beach was cleaned every morning. I would 100% come back again. 」

「Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. 」

「The dining options were outstanding — every meal felt like a new experience. The chef was incredibly accommodating, often walking around to check in with guests personally. He even offered to make anything we wanted, which made the dining experience feel truly personalized and special. The rooms were very comfortable and the entire property was spotless. "This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
