Very nice and helpful staff. Room was good and basically a very enjoyable stay

The staff are the highlight of the hotel, very competent and eager to please. We were upgraded to a room with a window without our asking. The room was quiet with good individually-controlled AC, comfortable bedding and fast WiFi. Cable TV reception was spotty. The room and hotel are beautiful, with hardwood and mosaic tile flooring, granite countertops and wood furniture, but the new owners need to update certain things. Comfortable

Comfortable hotel, new and staff were excellent. Letdown was that some of the rooms don’t have external window so natural light could be limited

very nice location, stayed there because the hotel i used to stay was full, i was not disapointed, little thing though is that breakfast is quite busy and gets full very easily

Very good hotel with a central location

Great appreciation to all staff which is very friendly and helpful, especially Lucy Anna and Sophie. The service was in detail and it’s like coming home really. They take care of your itinerary, giving all round recommendation. The room was new and clean, with a great city view of the old quarter. I wish to come back again for sure.

Best location, impecable room, super comfortable bed, and beautiful hotel. The service was excellent and the breakfast was TOP! We wish we could have stayed more time.

Amazing stay! Clean and comfortable rooms in a great location, but what made the trip was the helpfulness and friendliness of the hotel staff, who went out of their way to make our experience a memorable one!

Room was clean and comfortable. We had a welcome drink and snacks, as well as a complimentary drink at the roof top bar. Ms Clara was helpful and provided thorough information about the hotel, she even offered to pack breakfast for us when she found out that we were leaving for the airport early the next morning. The hotel is new and the staff are all extremely accommodating. Location is excellent and walkable to a lot of different sights in Hanoi.
