We dealt with Cassandra who reserved the perfect rooms for our family and made us feel at home, Ivy who made our check in easy and smooth and Jessica who checked us out and helped us with our upcoming reservations in December. All 3 of them are a true asset to the hotel and made us feel so special as guests. ”
