"I booked a double queen room and waited over an hour just for it to still not be ready by 3:40, so they offered a king suite with pullout couch. We got to the king suite and the couch was just a regular couch, leaving someone sleeping on a couch and not a bed. They offered to refund one night but ..."

"Could not find the parking garage. Terrible directions. Same with the actual apartment building. Ad said we would have washer and dryer. Nope false advertising. We booked this place for that because we had been on a long road trip. Not happy about this. The maintenance man said we have to call them ..."
