「After we arrived at 11pm,a staff member came 4 times to our room to fix the TV, it would not come on at first, each time he fixed it, it only stayed on for 10 mins at a time, the next day maintenance came 2 times to fix it, the 2nd time he changed the box that was hanging from the mounted TV. The room door to come into our adjacent room had problems closing shut, we had problems with the room key opening our room doors, the walk-in shower was old, the walls of the shower was not put together...

「Room was beautiful and very clean along with the resort. Note: pillows aren’t very comfortable and the restaurant stays open until midnight however they stop serving food at 10PM. wish we would have known that.」

「the room was clean, tv worked but hdmi did not and while the staff did what he could helping to figure it out and even checked different rooms to see if the tv could connect to hdmi. it did not! which was disappointing but the effort was there and i can respect that.」

「The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was clean and modern. Breakfast was just ok. The coffee was the best part of it. Fruits were not fresh ( bananas brown and apples soft). Other fruit choices would be nice.」

「While the rate was good, I feel there are still room for improvements. The room was basic but comfortable; however, the shower in my room needed repair. The cold water faucet didn't work, so if you're looking for a hot, scolding shower...that room is just for you! The breakfast was WEAK. I can't remember if it was advertised as continental or not, but you had the option of cereal or toast with either not ripe enough or over-ripe fruit. That was it. Juice machine was "out of order" too. Coffee...

「This hotel is charming. Our room was clean and staff were very helpful. As a bonus, the hotel is within 900 feet of a world class cocktail bar, Speak of the Devil. I most highly recommend the Ariel Broadway.」

「The staff was very nice. I arrived after 10pm and had to call the number to have someone that lives on property to come over and check us in. When I originally booked this hotel there were amenities listed that are no longer available. Shut down restaurant, outdoor pool and hot tub. It is a quaint little quirky place if you are looking for something to unplug from the world. The room we got had new carpet that was replaced very recently. They were repairing one set of stairs. 「The room was very clean and welcoming. Breakfast was very nice with many options to choose from. I loved the little scones!!! We sat out on the patio and had breakfast overlooking the water which was lovely. 」
