“大致上乾淨，服務也有禮。（沒有特別超級有禮。）但是洗頭水及沖涼液是環保樽裝，卻沒有補充，只有很少。最後用了自己帶來的。步行至Haymarket火車站近，大約5分鐘。可是 Haymarket附近沒有景點，要行去市中心需要15分鐘。這一區很多酒店，無論住那個酒店也是需要行15分鐘回到市中心景點。”

“Few things need to improve in the toilet. The shower is not strong enough, water pressure is week. The door to toilet should change to a sliding door in order to make more room to the toilet.”

“Bad experience ! First night the heater was not working but the supervisor just gave us a portable heater which is noisy and bothering us all night . Luckily the next day we asked them to give us a new room otherwise it would be a disastor . Room cleaning is ridiculously every three days . We asked them to do room cleaning the second day morning but when we returned to hotel around evening , the room was not done cleaning at all . What’s worse is that the supervisor gave us a lame excuse ,……

“Stayed one night as a family before heading to airport. Rooms a little tired but clean and very spacious. Comfortable beds and quiet. There was an event on when we stayed and when we walked to our room I was very worried we'd hear it in our room but heard absolutely nothing. Staff were exceptional and great with the children. Swimming pool which was great too. We would definitely stay again. ”
