「Room small, cleaning not well, cup not clean, rubbish not throw away!」

「Staff were excellent, close to tube stations, we tried to get a reservation our first day at the rooftop bar but they couldn't accommodate us due to low staffing. They did allow us to see the views. Only 1 elevator working our 3 days, long waits unfortunately. Room was cozy, there was a heatwave during our visit and AC didn't bring down the temperature as much as we would have liked. Overall a nice hotel in a fairly quiet area.」

「We stayed at this hotel for ten nights, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. On the very first night, we noticed that the air conditioner was making loud and disturbing noises. Despite reporting this issue to the hotel several times, no effective solution was provided. It was not until the seventh day of our stay that we were finally allowed to change rooms. However, the new room was poorly prepared and lacked several basic amenities — one set of towels was missing, there...
