With this price tag, you can have better choice
Not enough amenties, room is not clean, especially for pillows, though is really convenient to underground and shopping, still not worth it

I don't know why it offered me a room for disabled person (Room# 420). I guess because of that the room was quite big. View was nice facing Shepherd's Bush station. Strange that shampoo and body soap weren't separated (only one cleaner is available). Also although I requested 2 single beds, the 2 beds were put together as if its a double bed (which makes no sense as 2 single beds is more expensive than double bed).

Disappointed Stay experience
The hotel room was booked few weeks ahead, however it was disappointed to get the room at lower floor, behind the car park level, with no outside view. It has upset that the front desk did not try to look for better room even I have highlighted concern and expressed the expectation, he has no intention to offer opportunity to reserve another higher floor room if there would be room available on other days. Furthermore, the bathroom sink was stucked with slow water flow, it has induced inconvenience in washing. I have stayed in this hotel few times, generally this is the worst of the stay experiences mainly caused by the improfessional front desk serving, the confidence on future stay in this hotel has declined.

櫃台接待人員非常親切，說明必須要他們代收包裹，他們也很樂意幫忙。但飯店隔音有點差床單翻起來有頭髮，床單、浴巾看起來也還好。但飯店位置還不錯，距離Westfield 購物中心非常近，此購物中心很大，幾乎什麼品牌都有，還可以在那裡退稅！ㄝ

We had an amazing time at Ibis, staff were lovely, breakfast very good, bed, shower all very comfortable, we were able to leave our luggage safely and go explore London before checking in which was great, it's so easy for transport as Shepherds Bush is on the Central Line very handy for most attractions. I really recommend it.

Friendly helpful staff and the hotel was really nice. Although not the fault of the hotel - it was dirty outside the hotel entrance with dog poo! The car park was a little intimidating too - with groups of teenagers gathering and an unusual smoke smell!!!

Just stayed two nights, room only. Staff were very friendly and helpful, room very comfortable and clean but small (but expected that from photos). Close to buses, underground, overground, and places to eat and shop.
