“great location, helpful staff and overall very good vibe and clean spaces. Only complaint was how loud it was, I could hear people on phone calls loudly from other floors, and the sound of doors opening on other floors loudly as well. At one point it was so loud I was convinced the guest next to me was opening and slamming their nest door closed, but it turned out to be the communal doors from another floor opening and closing. Very private and comfortable room but just make sure to bring……

“Bin was still full from last guest and toilet as ‘dirty’ - not cleaned either from last guest Knew the style of hotel and keen to try. Very dusty and the standard of cleaning is not up to scratch at all Very soulless place Zero amenities, no kettle, water, hairdryer, cupboards - simply sleep, shower and leave”

“The room was the size of a closet, the bed creaked, you could hear everything because the walls were made of paper. Was unable to go to sleep at a reasonable hour because everyone was making noise and every day someone was banging their door at six am. They don’t have an elevator. My room was on the “third floor” and I had to carry my suitcase up six flights of stairs. And no one thought to help me. When I checked in the employees looked at me weird, I didn’t understand why until I saw the……

“La ubicación es muy buena, está en una colonia tranquila y segura, el acceso es muy cómodo al tener las claves con anticipación. El hospedaje incluía desayuno y los lugares sugeridos son lindos y con personal muy amable. El cuarto tenía cortinas blackout muy buenas, lo único que pudiera mejorar es el colchón, no era el más comodo. El personal estuvo en contacto en todo momento, muy amables.”

“Friendly and helpful staff upon our check in. The room that we stayed was clean, tidy and well maintained. ”

“Everything is new and clean. Also close to major transportation hub and a bus is right in front of the hotel. Will be perfect if a sofa and/or coffee table in the room since the room is big enough to include more furniture. ”

“Room is tidy although a bit small. But fine for 1 person. Bathroom is clean , just the shower space is a bit small. Generally staffs are friendly. Location is ok, 5 mins walk to Pimlico and 8-10 mins walk to victoria.”

“The staff was always very helpful both the day and night staff - George and Elijah I believe. My room was clean and I appreciated the amenities. I thought the breakfast was excellent - ordered an English breakfast. The location was close to the Marble Arch to sight see a few places; and close to the train station and bus station. I would stay again and will tell others about it.”

“We had a lovely stay at Hausd in Soho. The room was a real highlight — beautifully designed, very cozy, and exceptionally clean. The location in Chinatown is a major advantage. Despite being in such a lively area, the room was very quiet. We also want to highlight the excellent service: the Hausd team was always available and very responsive. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, and communication throughout the stay was clear  and efficient. Overall, it’s a perfect combination……

“Room space was too short…”

“The location is exceptional, situated in close proximity to Paddington station. However, I was unaware that every underground pass causes the entire room to vibrate. It is possible that this is due to my room being situated on the ground floor. Additionally, my room is conveniently located near a coffee machine. Even when guests check in at 1:00 AM, the reception staff remains remarkably friendly and provides directions to the coffee machine. Furthermore, I am able to hear all conversations……
