1. 飯店非常新且乾淨,雖然門面很小,但房間非常舒適我們在這享受了7個晚上,冷氣空調非常舒服價格在倫敦算非常合理 2. 工作人員非常nice, 雖然沒有電梯是缺點,但如有行李會馬上有服務人員來搬忙搬至房間,我們攜帶了3個大型行李,服務人員非常樂意幫忙 3. 飯店就在地鐵旁,走路不用30秒喔!真的太太太方便 4. 飯店就在倫敦最大shopping mall旁邊,還有2個大超市,要購物要吃飯簡直方便到不行,購物累了還可以回房間休息後再繼續戰鬥 5. 飯店附近走路5分鐘的Hillton飯店公車站有oxford tube 和 outlet express停靠站,去oxford和outlet這些地方簡直方便到不行 6. 飯店正樓下有一間中國餐廳,他的新加坡菜好好吃

位置優越
飯店離Shepherd's Bush地鐵站步行只需1分鐘，離Westfield 購物中心步行也只需2分鐘，Westfield購物中心樓下即是Waitrose超市，飯店位置十分優越。 可惜飯店沒有電梯，但只要開口，服務人員都樂意幫忙搬運行李。第一晚入住發現淋浴排水孔阻塞，排水非常緩慢，隔天一早告知飯店人員，其說會請房務人員處理，但晚上回到飯店，排水依然緩慢，再次請飯店人員處理，有立即攜帶工具和疏通劑前來處理，問題獲得解決。我們入住的是deluxe double 房型，房間雖小但勉強可打開兩個29”行李箱，但房間插頭少，建議如有兩個以上電子裝置需同時充電，最好攜帶USB多孔充電器。房間隔音普通，隔壁關門會共震，一開始會被嚇到，幾次後就習慣了。飯店有位貌似印度裔男性服務人員態度很好，很樂於提供幫忙，為此次住宿加分不少。

單人房太細，床單太污蔑，
單人房連普通的一個行李都放不下，只好放在厠所門口，則身出入厠所，聽到街上車聲。床單污蔑，肯定未有更换，厕所無紙巾，夜更接待員都話不關他事，但他都幫我更換床單和装好厕所紙巾，知道W12房間在中國新年非常客滿，但都要做好酒店本份。

就在地鐵站/火車站shepherd's bushq旁邊，交通非常便利。客房非常舒適，備品也很好，工作人員也非常親切。唯一小缺點就是沒有電梯，不過飯店人員會協助搬行李。

This was a great location for exactly what we needed, a place to rest our head and shower. It was located just off one of the stations which was great for transportation and convenience of heading into London. The rooms were quite small but again, we didn’t need anything big. Staff were great and very friendly. I recommend staying here again.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, vicina a metro e autobus per raggiungere qualsiasi posto di Londra. Bella la zona subito dietro, rinnovata, negozi e vari ristoranti e bar. Unico neo la camera standard è davvero stretta, non c’è posto per appoggiare i bagagli e aprirli comodamente. Personale gentile, un po’ di rumore la sera che proviene dalla strada

My fourth or fifth stay at W12 rooms. nice rooms, clean and comfortable. Right next to Westfield for shopping and eating, the tube for convenience plus only 10 minutes walk to Olympia Exhibition Halls.

Het hotel was in prima staat. De aanwezigheden waren goed, alleen de kamer wat klein en het bed ook. Voor een reis waarbij je veel in de stad bent is dit top, met een goede locatie voor de underground. Als je er ervan houdt om meer op de kamer te zijn, zou ik wat anders zoeken ivm de ruimte

The staff are so friendly and helpful. Our rooms were comfy and cosy. Ammenities as expected and brilliant location next to Shepards Bush central line and a short walk to the yellow line.

The receptionist were very helpful and always there when we needed . The location was perfect as it close to Tube and Restaurants everywhere. From the beginning to the end of our stay, the hotel and the staffs were amazing. However, there might be some noise when you sleep as the wall is quite thin. Regardless, my family were still able to sleep well. So I would stay here again whenever I visit London

Take ear plugs and/or keep the windows closed, and then the noise outside is no issue whatsoever. A lovely stay and the staff were really nice.

Great spot!
Really comfortable. Great sized single room. Lovely bathroom. Under building renovation but that didn’t bother me as I was only there for the night. Could imagine it being annoying in the day time though and wasn’t aware of that before my stay.
