Top Lower Matecumbe Key Hotel Reviews

Drift Hotel

8/10 Good

"Clean room, comfortable bed, adequate shower. Nice that you can use kayaks, paddle boards and bicycles included in your stay. Parking convenient right in front of room. Exterior of property better maintained than inside rooms. Had to request clean towels which was slightly annoying. Need cushions for the lounge chairs as they were uncomfortably hard. Overall a decent stay for the price just not five stars nice."

Matecumbe Resort

10/10 Excellent

"I had a wonderful stay at Matecumbe Resort in Islamorada, Florida. The efficiency unit was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights of the property is its peaceful setting. The resort offers a high level of privacy and tranquility, making it an ideal place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Keys. While I had no direct interactions with the staff, their approach was appreciated. They were available if needed but otherwise allowed guests to enjoy their stay without interruption. Since everything was well organized and met my expectations, I had no reason to seek assistance. The resort's location is also very convenient, with excellent restaurants, shopping, and local attractions nearby. To top it all off, the property offers a beautiful view of the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean, providing the perfect start to each day. Overall, all of my expectations were met, and I would gladly recommend Matecumbe Resort to anyone seeking a clean, comfortable, quiet, and well-located getaway in Islamorada."
