「Todo estuvo correcto respecto al alojamiento. Lo único negativo fue la experiencia en el check-in: aunque informé con anticipación un retraso de vuelo, (con anticipación de 12 horas), el cobro adicional y la insistencia inmediata en el pago al llegar me hicieron sentir poco bienvenida después de un viaje pesado. Llegué 8:20」

「It's good size for one person, could be tight for two. It's very well located between Royal Palace and Prado Museum, all within 20min. of walk. Around hotel there were many resturants and a minimarket for fruits, yoguts ect.. You need to ask toothbrush+paste, tissue when you checkin. One block from the main street, it's quiet. Overall it is a good place for the money」

「Elevators didn’t work, we had to carry our luggage 3 floors upstairs and bring it down too. There are no bathrooms in the lobby.」

「loved this hotel - I got upgraded to a one bedroom suite and it was spacious and beautiful. It had a nice sized balcony, a jacuzzi bathtub (which I didn't get to use). It also came with a dyson hairdryer and a yoga mat and weights. I was in Madrid for less than 24 hours, so I had a lot of ground to cover in a short amount of time.
