「My check in time was 2pm , I was there at 2:15pm. I had to beg to get in at 4pm because they still had not prepared the room. That should not be an issue when I book a 5 star hotel. All of my plans in Mecca that day had to be changed due to their two hour delay. No apologies or sympathy from front desk. Looks like it’s very normal for them. Room service was alright, but the employees at the front desk are not experienced or professional.」
