"Room was comfortable and clean. The Drury had one of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had at a hotel. Lots of different food and drink options. Dining area was large and family friendly. Hotel was very clean and had very helpful and friendly staff. Will be staying here next time we’re passing through the area! "

"- The room was all dusty, not cleaned properly in months - The sofa in the room was giving icky feeling - The coffee machine in the room was collecting dust , thankfully there was 24/7 coffee available at the reception - The bedsheets and pillowcases were not cleaned properly . We have seen cleaner sheets and pillows in 2 star hotels - Most importantly, the door of the bathroom was farmhouse style sliding one. People needs privacy in bathroom, not worrying about been seen while sitting on the toilet seat or taking shower. This style of door will work in a single queen bed room where only one person or couple stays but in a double queen bed room which is usually booked by family and multiple people stay it doesn’t work. - Also the ironing table was old, torn and dirty - The breakfast was same all the 4 days we stayed and their pancake and waffle machines were not working all these 4 days - The only good thing was kitchen setup This hotel was not worth the price."

"This property is across from the transit center. It's loud and feels a bit unsafe on the street outside. The hallways are pretty beat up, rooms have been redone but I had a couple of large bugs in my room, hair in the shower and the smoke detector light brightly flashing all night long. Honestly, it was rough. I think the staff was doing their best. They were friendly and open to helping."

"Staff is very nice & helpful. My family had 2 nights incredible stay at this hotel! The entire team was exceptionally friendlyand welcoming from the moment we arrived, making us feel right at home. A special shout-out goes to the breakfast service staff, Glenn T. He truly went above and beyond to provide wonderful service every morning. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made breakfast the highlight of my day. My room was very clean especially the bathroom with like new sink faucet & bathtub. Very convenient location with nearby restaurants & airport. Highly recommended for anyone who values top-tier service!"

"The configuration of the shower was smart - you'll see when you get there. But the glass door to the bathroom was dirty, lots of toothpaste and other things on it. Also, my feet got dirty walking barefoot on the carpret."
