"When I checked in the person (female) working that day around 5 pm was short with me, not friendly then later when I went to talk to her about another issue she was even more rude. It made the whole experience of staying here unwelcoming and I’ve stayed here many other times before. "

"The property is beginng to show its age. The small bars of soap were not large enogh to wash your hands, and certainly not large enough for bathing. The breakfast procedure was unexplained and disorganized."

"This is truly a superb property. Staff is extremely friendly, beautifully appointed rooms, great bar and restaurant. Location within walking distance to restaurants and shopping downtown. If you are in Colorado Springs, this hotel is a must stay! "

"The staff was nice. My room was clean. Bed was made up, but the sheet had crusty strain on them. I didnt complain I travel with my own away.Im not sure if they still offer complimentary water or not But it would have been nice to have some water in the room. Breakfast and cocktail hour was great. Im hilton rewards member .I love there facilities. This one was beening renovated Im sure its going to be beautiful when its done. I would stay at this hotel again."
