“Excellent location . Beautiful hotel, keeping the old building base with modern rooms and classic furniture. Loved the intimate breakfast in the garden. Fresh baked cakes many choices everyday. Wonderful service at breakfast and all during our atay. The rooftop lounge and sellf service bar is a great addition. I would return Thank you Giada!”

“Helt perfekt läge supernära centrumgatorna, en kort bit upp på en tvärgata vilket gör att det är nära men ändå lugnt. Ingen personal i receptionen men går att nå via WhatsApp. Badkar inne i sovrummet men mer snyggt än praktiskt. Kaffemaskin på rummet men vår funkade inte trots att de försökte laga den. Som tur var fann en maskin även i korridoren. Dåligt med förvaringsplats och inga krokar att hänga nåt på. Inget att sitta på förutom sängen. Går inte att tända sänglamporna separat vilket gör att……

“We loved our stay at Hotel Palazzo Achates. The location was within easy walking distance to the main restaurant and shopping area. There are a couple of great lively spots just around the corner from the hotel than we would stop for a drink. Our room was clean and looked newly renovated. We appreciated the patio for a little quiet time after our busy days. Communication with the staff was quick and helpful. We would stay here again,”

“Fantastic rooms with balconies overlooking the main street in Palermo. The room and facilites were very clean, coffee, tea and pastries offered complimentry in a communal area. If driving into the city a permit is required for the ZTL Zone, this was arranged free of charge by the hotel. Street parking in blue bays only €1 per hour, free 8pm - 8am and free 2pm - 4pm if a parking spot is available, we got lucky and parked directly below the property for 3 days. Parking garages located nearby too,……

“The checkin process was not clearly defined. There is no check-in desk. The owner has to send you a code to get into the building via Whatsapp. Which is fine if this information is provided to you before you arrive. The location was excellent, a block from the 4 corners intersection, 3 blocks from the market, 3 blocks from the main cathedral. There were lots of restaurants in the vicinity. For those sensitive to noise, it may not be the best selection.”

“Check in was smooth and communicative. I dealt with both Gieseppe and Gianni - including before we even departed for Sicily - and had a good experience. All communications were via WhatsApp (as were all other accommodations we used in Sicily), so ensure that you have good access to data (e-sims were easy to purchase beforehand). The location is right in the main square, which can be fun and active at night, particularly on the weekends. Great location for access to various tourist……
