「The accommodations were well above expectations. The rooms are big, comfortable and well maintained. If anything was needed the staff was ready to provide. Room service 24 hours. Pool area was well maintained and staff at the pool area were very obliging. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options. We were gifted with the best service. Hostess Jolette and waiter Miguel (they work at Lola and El Comedor) made the stay extra easy, as we were spoiled by them.」

「My husband and I take trips to the Caribbean once a year. We typically don't consider going to the same place twice. However, our stay at the Blue Diamond has made us rethink that decision. The customer service, facility, and food were amazing. The food always tasted so fresh and the Mexican dishes were particularly fantastic. Our experience is definitely a memory we won't soon forget. This was hands down one of our best travel experiences.」

「The room was dirty- sheets torn, stains on linen and robes provides has holes in them. The best thing about the property is the spa. The lobby is pretty and so is the spa area but upstairs where where the rooms are hold a consistent smell of mildew. Check in staff isn't very helpful if you encounter a problem- one lady was and her name escapes me, but I made an error when booking and nobody else went out of their way to help me. 「I been here many many times and I have to say, it was not what it used to be. The beach is full of seaweed can’t even swim. The service at some point was not what we expected. I’m pretty disappointed. It appeared the staff was mad all the time. We ordered room service never got it.」
