“We loved our stay at Jungala!!
The suites are roomy, spotless, tastefully decorated with almost any amenity you would need. The service was impeccable. We had access to the grounds & pools of the other beautiful hotels within the Vidanta complex. We would definitely choose to stay here again on a future trip to the Riviera Maya! ”

“I strongly do not recommend staying at this hotel. Here are the reasons for my disappointing experience:
1. Terrible Noise and Location
The soundproofing is absolutely terrible. The hotel is located in a very noisy area, with several bars downstairs blasting deafening music until 2 AM every single night. It’s impossible to get a good night’s sleep.
2. Poor Hygiene and Room Conditions
The cleanliness of the rooms was appalling. There were water leaks on the walls, stains on the bedding, and……
