“We were looking for an all inclusive that did not feel like it was “mass produced”. The attention to detail and food and cleanliness was excellent. The staff are amazing (shout out to Gustavo (concierge), Carlos and Emilio (indoor wait staff) and Kevin (outdoor waitstaff). “My second time choosing to stay here. It’s now my “go-to” when I come to Cozumel! The front desk reception guy is so friendly and helpful the place has a nice “I’m at home” vibe! The rooms are comfortable— the beds are especially cozy and nice. The cleaning lady asked if the room needed refresh and was pleasant to organize a good time with us. Our terrace had an ocean view to the side, as does the roof deck with a palapa and some chairs and a pool—It was all ours when there with a panoramic……

“This property was renovated last February and was very clean uncomfortable. The rooms were small but had everything we needed! Francesca at the front desk was amazing. She made me feel important tended to my needs and was efficient kind and really made me feel that I was a cherished guest at this gem of a hotel. “Overall, a great hotel! We truly enjoyed our stay and left feeling refreshed and energized. The architecture is in Spanish colonial style. Lush tropical plants everywhere. Very photogenic. We stayed at the Golden Swim-up Suit. Highly recommend if you prefer a relatively more quiet surroundings and easy access to the pool (literally just outside your door).
