"We had issues with our first room so we had to change rooms. The issues were our air conditioner would not cool. The safe in our room would not work right We also had a smell in our room that we couldn’t figure out where that was coming from We moved to another room and had the same issue with the AC The staff was great if we couldn’t walk somewhere, we could take a golf cart. They will come pick us up at our room. The food was good The beach was not good. We couldn’t go to the beach because of Sargasm. We didn’t have small children with us "

Constant music, people drinking in the pool all day (and never getting out to go to the washroom), - there are limited lounge chairs and they’re always “reserved by 7:00 am. - lastly and not someting the resort can manage but there’s a huge sargasm problem rendering tue beach and ocean a smelly mess. The room had a noticeable old smell, which might be unpleasant for people who are sensitive to odors. There was also quite a bit of noise coming through the door from housekeeping and people walking in the hallway. It wasn’t terrible, but since we had little ones the noise was sometimes disturbing, especially when they were trying to rest. On the positive side, there was a great variety of food and desserts. The environment was enjoyable, and the unlimited drinks were a nice bonus. The pool is quite large, but it still felt overcrowded. By around 10 a.m., all the poolside and beachside seats and umbrellas were already taken. "
