I am extremely disappointed in both Expedia and Grand Residences Riviera Cancun for their complete lack of support and accountability during a period of active travel restrictions. 「I truly appreciated beautiful traditional unique houses where we lived, the nature, and the way the whole resort was maintained. The beautiful beach, comfortable sun-bathing beds, and white towels were great to have! 「Absolutely perfect! Beautiful room! Fantastic restaurant delicious food! Best beach lounge chairs in the hotel zone and the pool makes the beach club exquisite. This is my fourth time to Tulum this year and my favorite hotel. Honestly, I could not have been more pleased with the property the service and especially my absolutely stunningly beautiful cabin.
