「Very friendly staff and well educated on customer service. The young lady who greeted us was very helpful when we asked for direction. Our room was extremely comfortable and clean. My fault, I did book this place without looking on a map. So the proximity to dt Puerto Morelos was more of a short drive instead of a walk. Oh well, we still enjoyed our stay! 「My stay at Shibari was wonderful! Staff were very professional, attentive & courteous. Check-in process was simple. They were able to check me in early. The room floor seemed like it wasn’t cleaned that well but the room and view was so beautiful it took the focus away from it. The cenote and restaurant area were amazing. Food taste amazing, a bit overpriced, but the taste, service & staff compensated for it. The fitness center can use some attention. 」
