"Beautiful location and great proximity to Xcaret park. However, you can tell they are short staffed in some areas and by the end of the night they might be overwhelmed or tired to follow through with any requests. The food was ok. Would still come back with the family."

"Loved it food was great in the buffet, staff were all nice and there was a lot of entertainment. Only thing I didn’t like was that reservations for the restaurants were impossible to makes they were always full and I would check as early as 5am and there wouldn’t be anymore availability."

One of the highlights of our stay was the snorkeling. It was exceptional—we were able to see sea turtles, tropical fish, and so much beautiful marine life right off the beach, which made the experience unforgettable. What truly makes this resort stand out, though, is the staff. Every single team member went above and beyond to make our stay special.
