"I both liked and disliked this property. It’s smart, clean, modern, very large, has a spa

which was very good but it’s clearly aimed at English language guests. Everything from the default channel on the tv being BBC World News to the rather uncertain Irish pub on the ground floor called the “Peter Cole”. Googling the name did not reveal a Peter Cole of any significance. The pub was fine, I ate in there each morning for breakfast, wide choice of food both Japanese and alternatives like...

"It's a fairly busy hotel. As soon as you walk in the lobby it is filled with guests either checking in/out, lining up for coffee or lining up for the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was nice but does not have a fan, so it gets pretty foggy in there after showering. The bathtub glass barrier is very deceiving, it's actually is a door that swings out. One can actually fall out not knowing this. Doesn't serve its...

"Old school fancy hotel. It has a beautiful garden. Our room was lovely, overlooking the gardens with prime views of the sea of clouds ( mist piped in to give an ethereal feel to the cherry blossom trees) Loved the kaiseki dinner at Miyuki and unagi (eel lunch).
