"Great location and room was large and comfortable. Great shower and hot water. A little aged but OK. The property/yard, at one time, would have been incredibly beautiful but requires maintenance. Pool looked unusable. The water front view is fantastic."

"The plumbing fixtures are antiquated. Hvac mounted in closet and very noisy. Ice is in office, it appears to be a small chest freezer with bagged ice dumped into it and its all frozen together so you need to break it apart with the metal scoop."
