A litter smaller than angles suggest but for 2-4 people it is MORE than ample space.The bathroom is accessible from the kitchen and master bedroom and is spacious. The shower is roomy and has a built in seat if needed. The master room is great for a couple while the smaller room is better suited to a single adult or 2 agile youngins. Both have queen/full beds. The toilet rocks when you sit on it, we had trouble 2 mornings with no hot water( someone came to look at it but said only small water heaters for a big place, limited silverware and dishes it’s gone downhill since it was sold and no longer a motel.
