"Staff were mean and rude, we tried using the dining table at the lobby. They told us to leave just because we are carrying food from somewhere even though we bought coffee and fruits from the dining area. I paid almost $600 for my 2 days stay and I’m not allowed to use dining tables to eat? They did not even provide microwave inside the room the reason why we are in the lobby to find a place to warm our food and eat"

"Pool was perfect but offsite tower building was horrible. Run away. My son wouldn't shower for 4 days."

"The check in took long time had three waiting to check in and was having problems verifying a persons reservation. Had two check in computers but only used one even though another staff was sitting in an office in the back. We requested a room with two beds but found out they were all on second floor had no elevator and since we were handicapped would not work. They moved us downstairs to a one bed. Found out they have no cable tv only can steam from your own device. Asked to cancel the next day as they did not meet our needs they said ok. Upon check out they said they were not going to cancel the next day we had to pay. Whatever just wish they wouldn’t have lied to began with. The place was updated and rooms were ok. It’s close to universal. Based on our treatment will not stay again and not recommend it. "

"The property has a secured entrance with a security guard present around the clock. Security is present at all times walking and checking around the buildings making sure guests were safe and following all hotel rules. The property was clean and had plenty area to walk pets and provided a place to dispose of dog waste. There is a 24 hour store/cafe on the ground floor of the tower, which my family accessed multiple times during our stay. There was also a- Clean pool, mini arcade, gym, and restaurant attached. They offer a free shuttle to Universal that runs several times a day. It was nice not to have to drive, pay for parking, and walk farther to our parked car. Be aware that this property has 2 buildings. One building, the tower, has room doors only accessible through the inside of the building where the second building’s doors are accessible from the outside. We had a problem with the first room we were assigned. I called and they were able to quickly fix our problem. We enjoyed our 6 night/ 7 day stay and would stay again for the same value."

"The gym was small but adequate. The resort was great over-all. The only complaint i have is that there wasn't any hooks in the room to hang towels or anything. No where to hanf clothes. "
