“I stayed 2 nights at Hotel Villa Fontaine Premier Haneda Airport. I asked for a late check-out at 1pm (2hrs later than usual) because my flight home was at 4pm, the operator checked and told me that I have to pay additional 9,215YEN where nearly all hotels wouldn't charge for 1 - 2 hours extra. I reluctantly went down to try to pay the 9,215YEN, however the man at the counter told me it was 18,430YEN instead. I was disappointed and felt like it was a scam and decided not to extend my stay. “Its a nice and clean hotel very typical of APA hotels across Tokyo, Just one complain on my recent stay as the room that we check in first gave me sore back once I woke up the next morning, maybe the mattress is quite old and used up that's why so I asked the front desk if we can change the mattress, they said they can't which I found it weird as its just a mattress and its easy to change it.
