"Very friendly staff, well maintained and clean"

"Softest towels of any hotel ever. however the front automatic door opens and closes so slowly as to be more than an annoyance, it's a hazard. We were only in the room 8 hours but it was clean and what we needed to be close to the event we attended. If you ever are attending a temple graduation stay here and take the subway. much more efficient! hot water took a while to make it to the 25th floor but the view was great. Reasonably quick elevators and plenty of them. I parked 2 blocks away under macys which is self park and half the price of the valet at the hotel. "

"Great location. Got off at the airport hopped on the train and a 15 min walk to hotel. Great foot spots, close to all the attractions. Great staff! Disappointed pool wasn't open, but apparently it doesn't open till Memorial Day Weekend. Great front desk staff and bar staff was great too."

"I love this property , very minimal mid century vibe but the young girl working the front desk on Saturday morning has no business working with the public . Extremely rude and very sassy abrasive personality and statements made . The restaurant also served us very rare burgers and my son was ill within two hours of dinner . Order medium well if you want medium and the pasta was also not edible ."
