“Full English felt, Also in a quiet environment even besides motorway”

“The hotel actually has two sections on two sides of the bridge. We were expecting to be on the water side but was disappointed. The room only has a small window facing the back of the hotel. Nothing impressive at all. The staffs were not helpful on anything. We were asked by the front desk to go across the bridge to make booking at the hotel restaurant. ”

“Very Limited free parking and you need to pay extra parking fee next to the hotel. A little bit discount will be given from hotel”

“Friendly staff, easy check in. Room could do with a bit of updating but very clean and tidy. Quiet location”

“The worst hotel you could stay in. How dare they claim themselves as a four star hotel? The hotel have no reception, and took us forever to check in with the self check in. And when you needed help and call the hotel reception, you can never get anyone to pick up the phone. I lost a wallet in the hotel and called multiple times and st no one ever listen. I’m so frustrated yet no one care nor tries to help.”

“The room was very basic and not very clean at all with a damp smell as well. Not good value for money”
