「Nous étions une famille avec 2 enfants et avons bien apprécié l’hôtel. L’hôtel est proche de tout , commerces, métro, restaurants. 4 lignes de métro et plusieurs Bus desservent l’arrêt Hammersmith qui se situe à quelques minutes de l’Hotel. Le personnel est disponible la literie est très bien et le petit déjeuner est copieux. Pour le ménage il faut déclarer quotidiennement à la réception sinon il n’est pas fait. Je recommande cet hôtel.」

「The staff is very nice. The room I got was small, but really convenient, so it was not an issue. The location is really great, not far from a subway station. The only drawback is, I find it a little pricey. A little bit cheaper, and it would be perfect.」

「I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. As it's co-operated with Ibis in the same building, I'd rather go for Ibis next time as they literally provide a full accessible bathroom to us last year. Although Mercure is new...
