「We LOVE this resort, this was our second time here. Know that when Expedia says all taxes and fees included, that’s just for them, because we got a fat bill at the end of our stay for their overpriced resort fees and their taxes!!! 「Some of the staff members were very welcoming, others it just seemed like you got on their nerves when asking a question. The room was nice and clean the only problem we had was at night the AC unit didn't work throughout the night so it was burning hot so we couldn't really get any sleep (my wife and our 2 year old son) when I let the front desk know and asked could they move us to a different room, all that was told to us is sorry for the inconvenience and that they would wave the resort fee....

「It was a fun. Waterpark drinks were really expensive ($20/USD per drink) 3 water slides, kids have to be over 48” to use any of them. Rooms were good, clean and spacious. Conveniently located. Would stay again if given the opportunity. Bell staff were very attentive and gave us rides all over the property when needed (they conveniently have a number to text if you need a ride) it’s a big property so in the August heat this is a great option.
