“我在這裡居住了10晚，中間去了一趟大峽谷，從大峽谷回來後又住了兩晚。 前9晚住的十分舒適，也很開心地使用房內的廚房設備，以及飯店的泳池、健身房。 然而，在最後一晚，由於飯店內施工，導致晚上十一點至隔天凌晨五點停水，完全沒有水可用。服務人員很貼心的送上幾瓶礦泉水應急。這對我來說十分困擾，因為我非常注重睡前先洗澡，但卻意外遇上這場停水，只好硬著頭皮先睡，隔天再起床洗澡。雖然業者已經很有誠意的處理這個問題，但我認為應該要提前公告，寄個email或貼個紙條在門口也好，而不是等到我發現沒水了，打去櫃檯問才知道停水。 在離開Scottsdale前遇到這種事，對於整體的住宿體驗大大扣分。但或許只是我運氣不好遇到吧？下次若要到訪此地，會再審慎考慮是否要住這間。”

“For the most part the resort is okay but be prepared to spend a lot of money on food unless you go off the resort. It’s not all that convenient. I wanted to have a relaxing weekend. The pool area is nice but you have to get there early to get a lounge chair. There just aren’t enough for the number of guests they host on the grounds. The food portion sizes are good but my room didn’t have a microwave and the hotel didn’t have any to rent. It was a little frustrating seeing that you spend quite a……

“Great location close to Old Town and fashion square, this isn’t a luxury property but it is a great family resort. Spacious rooms and good layout with the bathroom around a corner rather than opening right into the room. The housekeeping did a great job but seemed understaffed, several times they didn’t get to the room to clean until after 5:30 pm. The 2 pools were nice and great to have the pool bar available for food and drinks. We would stay again. ”

“The room was clean but could use updating. Our bathroom door didn’t open and close properly. The a/c vent by the bathroom dripped water and made the floor wet and it smelled pretty musty. The refrigerator also didn’t work well at all and barely kept our water cold. Wish the room was a little over for the price paid. ”
