「Fantastic communication and very flexible with our check in time. Property is very cosy and has everything you need for a very decent price. Only small gripe was the mattress being a bit lumpy for my liking.」

「Great location in Keswick, spacious with a modern kitchen and nice touches. Would stay again, just needs some of the cobwebs sorting out and a lock on the master bathroom door.」

「The cottage is lovely, smart, comfortable and well equipped. Very near a picturesque beck, nice shop/cafe and good pub with food. The only issue - but a serious one - was that the listing showed it as being in Keswick town, which was our prime requirement. The responses from Expedia and Sykes were not fast enough to resolve this issue before the check-in day. 」

「Wasn’t able to communicate with the host before the arrival, but in the end I didn’t have any problems. The flat is centrally located, spacious and clean. While the kitchen is fully equipped, it would be appreciated to provide some toilet essentials such as soap and shampoo. Overall, I’d recommend it」

「While the room was clean it wasn’t very good in the corners. Doors couldn’t be left open and found this a safety issue as they shut very quickly. The shower was new but the rail the shower head was on was in a really stupid place also it was on the curve of the bath a safety issue we also had to request a bath mat which was quickly fixed. The balcony was lovely chairs and table provided but dirt in all the corners. The tv was a pain to get on. The on site shop and cafe weren’t ever open this...

"The room was very clean and had just been renovated, making it feel much more comfortable. The front desk staff were not particularly friendly and could improve their customer service. However, the restaurant staff provided excellent service and deserve recognition. The swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi facilities were excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends."
