"
I didn't encounter any problems during check-in or check-out. The staff was very helpful and ready to assist with any questions. The cleaning service was consistently attentive, so my room was always tidy upon my return."
"We recently stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and had a great experience. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with friendly and professional staff. The room was a comfortable size for Tokyo—compact but had everything we needed. The bathroom was a bit small, but clean and functional. A major plus is the low-cost airport shuttle bus from Narita Terminal 1 that stops near the hotel—super convenient if you have a lot of luggage and want to avoid transfers. The location is excellent, right next to a metro station for easy access to the city, and surrounded by restaurants and shops. There’s even a TULLY'S Coffee right next door, perfect for a quick coffee or breakfast. Overall, it’s a safe, convenient, and comfortable place to stay in Tokyo. Highly recommended!"
"I stayed in this hotel for a total of 6 nights in June and 4 nights in July for its convenience and excellent service! I went sightseeing in Tokyo area and all the way to Nagoya, Kobe, and Nara, and I was able to store my large suitcases in the hotel luggage room in between without worrying about them being lost or carrying a lot of extra stuffs to places (so I just brought clothes I needed for 1-6 days with me only while I traveled for 16 days in Japan as my large suitcases were more for my 27 day trip to Taiwan afterwards. What impressed me the most is the care and support from the hotel staffs when my kid suddenly got very ill with high fever and the hotel let me borrow wheelchair to transport my kid to see a doctor in Honeda terminal 3 and they also came to talk to me asking me how my kid’s condition was after we visited the clinic. The front desk staff were all very polite and the cleaning ladies provided great room service! The laundromat available for customers to use was nice and you can find if your laundry is done or not from the TV in your own room, which is very convenient! I love it also because it’s easy to travel with either Monorail, Keikyu metro line, or Limousine buses from the hotel every day! Based on my experience from this trip (I tried this hotel first time in 2023 summer and my other family members also stayed here 2025 spring) I would absolutely recommend this hotel to any visitors (especially who come to Japan first time) and I will stay again! "Lovely hotel with great amenities. Restaurant served excellent breakfast with lots of variety. The rooftop terrace has a pretty poor menu - we went once and vowed we would never return there. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Didn’t love the self check in but otherwise, had a lovely stay!"
"An excellent choice of hotel very close to a train station at an interchange. Please also note this hotel is associated with the concert hall which is attached "
