"Great location close to beach access. We have stayed on same street before and it was a tad more busy at night with younger crowds making noise. Kitchen has everything and pool is fantastic. Furniture and wear on house has evidence of high traffic but didn’t disrupt our stay. Overall great spot and terrific amenities. "

"We have stayed here over the years and have enjoyed the perfect location to the beach. The house is a bit dated and needs a few upgrades but overall the house was very clean and comfortable. Please note there were no beach umbrellas supplied but did have plenty of beach chairs. You may want to plan on alternate shade options once there as the sun is intense and can be challenging. We would stay there again as the price was very affordable. "

"Michele’s place was perfect for our family of four. My husband and I and our two sons stayed for a week, and it was the beach vacation we all needed. The location was perfect, the space was clean and spacious enough for the four of us, and the proximity to the beach was outstanding. Despite some miscommunication at check in, Michele was very quick to respond and make things right. We look forward to staying again in the future!"

"We like these units.This one needs some updates, though everything was perfect.The master br needs a king bed, and not so hard matresses. I bought foam pads for the bed.Duncan real estate fixed the washer problem really fast. They really are on the ball."

"We had a fantastic time staying for just over a week. The house was very large for a three bedroom, was all very new, spotless and the kitchen very well stocked. The veranda was our favourite place to hang out, with netting, ceiling fans, a good area to sit and separate to dine. And of course the pool and view over the deck was great.
