"Check in stunk. There was no one at desk for 30 minutes to help. We were so tired. The manager finally came and found someone. He did give us a free drink for the trouble. The property is lovely except for construction. It's a great location. We paid big bucks for 2 rooms, at least have one free bottle of water and more than 1 coffee pod and no stir stick. I had to use my toothbrush for the morning. Saturday night and the bar closing at 10 pm did not make us happy. . "

The building is needing painting for years now, the area around the venue is junky, the stairs inside are unsafe with only a hand rail and no ballusters and no ballusters at the top to keep a small child from falling through.
