"We stayed for 8 nights, everything was awesome,,breakfast ,social gathering with complimentary drinks and snacks,all day complimentary coffee and tea ,and the most ,very friendly and polite staff,i will suggest staybridge suites to everyone"

"It was our second time staying here, because it's location is very good if you're attending an event at the resorts world arena or using the train to go into Birmingham, both a short walk. We like having free use of the leisure facilities during our stay, pool, gym sauna steam room and jacuzzi. Our room was right next to the main road so we kept our window shut as my partner is a light sleeper and you could not hear it and we were ok but I think it would have been too hot for some. "We stayed for 1 night for a concert at the Utilita Arena which is in walking distance of the hotel. The hotel staff in reception and at breakfast were all friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed but the bathroom was looking a bit tired. The price was excellent for a family of 4 though especially as a good breakfast buffet was included. We parked at Newhall Street NCP for a secure car park which was about an 8 minute walk from the hotel - maybe not ideal for...
