"Staff were incredibly friendly and our entire stay went smooth thanks to their help. The room was nicely organized and clean when we arrived and we had no issues at all. The pool was also very clean and the gym too. "

"Room was nicely equipped with a full size fridge and kitchenette. It was spacious and fairly clean. Location was convenient for our events we had planned in the area. For the price it is a decent hotel. What would keep me from booking again was the constant smell of Marijuana in the halls and parking lot. No matter what time of day or night (we had an event that we didn't return to the hotel until 2am) we smelled weed both inside the hotel and in the parking lot."

"I love the Embassy Suites it is one of my favorite hotels to stay at. My only concern at this Embassy Suite is that the hot tub jets are never working every time I visit here. This is something that they really need to look into and fix. "

"This is not a luxury hotel, but for business travel, it is a solid choice. Walls are solid. I could not hear the person in the room next to me AT ALL unless I was standing right at my door when that person shut their room door. For a hotel that offers free breakfast, the choices and quality were good, but not exceptional. Didn't appear to be anyone wiping off the tables though after someone finished their breakfast. Would have appreciated a pen and notepad in room. Staff was super friendly...

"Easy to get to places"

"The bathroom sink was very slow draining and the shower head seemed to be low pressure. Hard to rinse thick long hair. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay. Clean, awesome location to shopping, food, local attractions, etc. "

"Everyone I mean Everyone had this wonderfull ATTiTUDE the clean people ,the maintenance people say goodmorning to you, the staff telling you have a good day, When I walk outside I was ready for anything because they made me feel not good,BETTER than Good and I have not felt good in a long time, Staying there was the best thing, I slept for 7 hours straight no interruption, I have not done that in over30 years, No Joke"

"It is a beautiful hotel in a historic building in the middle of Mount Vernon. The front desk and cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful. The area is safe and walkable with plenty of restaurants. The rooms are also beautiful and have a unique charm."
