“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……

“Everything was very good, but I think the pool and Jacuzzi area should be kept tidier and cleaner; apart from that, everything was excellent. Breakfast was very good, staff excelent and the room was clean when we arrived.”

“I like the double bed. I did not like there was not even a chair in the room . The side of the bathroom cabinet had a stain on it. I believe it was dry poop. on the side of the toilet seat on the floor had also stain on it. I think the house keeping could do a better job on that area. The ac filter in the bathroom closet come out so it wasn’t in place.”
