"Some aspects of the property are getting tired. Grout around bath/shower in both rooms going black with mould growth (white grout with black growth spots) carpets stained and dirty just really needs some more attention on deep cleaning and it’ll be back to the standard expected of such an establishment "

"Well located hotel for Lincoln centre overlooking large traffic junction in the University Quarter. This is not quaint medieval Lincoln ( 12 min walk away) and the surrounding environment is harsh and full of ugly, student accommodation blocks. Big car park to rear but difficult to find as road signs are poor. Hotel signs also hidden by new building next door and not located on the street address."

"Potholes around the property! Wi-Fi kept cutting out so gave up in the end! Quite comfortable! Not as good as the caravan I stayed in on the other side of the lake, but overall reasonably priced!"

"The staff were very friendly and the room was clean with a nice en-suite. "

"Accomodation was very reasonably priced, however the radiators never worked , they had place 1 portable heater in the room. We had to be recited from room 8 to room 6 as there was a shower issue, the water was not draing and flooded the bathroom out. Giving us another room was not an issue. I would stay there again but not in the winter."
