"The property and accommodations are fine. The room seemed clean and was comfortable, although a bit run down (cracks in the bath tub and around base of the bathroom door) Nothing that might cause one to walk out. Staff was friendly and helpful."

I don't know if that means something like I missed out on a chance for amenities like a credit towards food or something or if it means something else?"

"I have stayed at this property more times than I can remember or count. My disappointment is there is no coffee available in the lobby. I am an early riser and enjoy sitting in the quiet lobby having coffee before everyone else is up and the day begins. Please bring the complimentary coffee back!"

"This was a fantastic place and I was so happy to find this. Very convenient for large families. We stayed in a 2 bedroom and 2 bath suite and this was perfect for the size of our group. Love the full kitchen as well as the breakfast that was included in our stay. Staff very helpful and friendly especially our interaction with the general manager Jesus when we checked out. We also liked the pool and the option of the complimentary laundry room. Parking was easy. I booked this hotel for a family...
