"Solid stay and great price the central Manhattan. Would for sure stay again for a quick trip. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Downside - not much going on in lobby, to eat, drink or comfortably work. Slow old elevators. "

"Hotel is older, rooms are good size for being in New York city. Good customer service but no daily room service. Good sausage but hash brown don't feel fresh and crunchy. Love the big selection for breakfast though. Roof top patio is not inviting and well kept. Carpet looks old"

"Great hotel for price! Excellent location to Williamsburg shopping, dining & Mccarren Park. Close to L train to get to Manhattan. Rooms are tight, but it’s NYC, I just need a place to sleep and shower. Would definitely stay here again! "

"For this level of lodging /-$200/night (ie. Hyatt House, Hilton Garden, Spring Hill Suites Marriott, etc.), Hampton Inn Newark Airport was a winner. Free airport shuttle, free breakfast, free wi-fi, premium bedding, excellent mattresses, modern interior, cleanliness, friendly staff, convenient location & good value. Only downside for me was location next to freeway is quite noisy, especially overnight. Would stay here again though. Recommended."
