Wonderful location next to gorgeous parks, beautiful fountains, and a short walk to the lake. Close to the CSO, Art Institute, and sooooo much more!"

"The Hilton lived up to my expectations! It was clean, quiet, and very conveniently located. There were stores nearby for snacks and lots of restaurants. We even checked out Howl at the Moon, a dueling piano bar nearby that was lots of fun. I would absolutely stay at this Hilton again if in Chicago for theater and sightseeing. Tip" If you want to see Mama Mia, you can go to the theater when it opens at either 10 Am or noon, and they sell the remaining tickets for $49. We ended up with 3 row...

"Staff was friendly, bed was comfy, airport shuttle was prompt. My only complaint is that the front desk informed me that there were no gluten free options at breakfast. I suppose he meant that there was not a dedicated gluten free kitchen. I'm non-reactive, so could have had some of the hot items. By the time I discovered what the breakfast was, I had to catch the shuttle! Otherwise, all good. "

"Jenna was excellent, she leads the way in how customer service should be. I will give the hotel 10/10 because of her. It has nice new rooms, only surprising thing is the restaurant and bar close at 9pm which for a full service hotel at a major international airport is very surprising. "

"Great little hotel in the Lincoln Park/Lakeview neighborhood. Super convenient and walkable to many places. Staff was terrific - helpful, knowledgeable, polite. There is parking at a discounted rate, but no in/out privileges, so plan accordingly."

"Pro: quiet rooms. Con: difficult parking. They should require vehicles less than 6 ft tall to park underground so taller vehicles have parking above ground. "
