"I would have given 5 stars, except: At time of reservation, which was many weeks in advance, I specifically requested not to be placed on the first floor. I got a “noted” response from Embassy Suites. When I went to check in, guess where our room was going to be? You guessed it, first floor! It was changed, but the person doing it acted like it was a Herculean task. Maybe if my original request had been processed? That being said, props to housekeeping. Our room was clean as a whistle. "Quiet, clean, quick registration. Only one older woman to manage twelve tables plus several seats at the bar and grill restaurant, thus slow service, but not the waitress’ fault. She was doing the best she could.during the dinner hour."
