You can tell it’s just a job for them they don’t care if there is a mix up or someone screws up they just clock in clock out and don’t care about you or type of service they give. When calling you are lucky if they decide to answer your phone call. Someone is hardly ever at the front desk and if they are there, they don’t care about the guests anyway.
