"I had an excellent experience at the Verb. As Usual. I cannot recommend this establishment strongly enough. Every aspect, from parking ( shout outs to Cisco and Keya) to purchasing merch ( thank you Gerry) is an above and beyond thing. It’s fun to stay here. You will be among friends."

"The place is modern quiet clean and beautiful , we took a connecting room that we request at the lobby 1king and 2 queen beds , the rooms were clean, comfy , the size was okay for a familly of 6, they need to make some work in the bathroom toilets did not flush well ,take a long time to have hot water to take a shower ,no free breakfast ,mini fridge is just enough to keep water ,no microwave in room ,only downstairs which i didn't like we had to go heating the kids food there all the time....

"Hip place with thoughtful touches and incredibly comfortable bed. Walkable to the T and lots of sites. Excellent coffee and breakfast in the lobby. "

"Location is excellent. Room size is best for single or maximum 2 guests. Having a kitchenette with good sized fridge was useful. The narrow stairs were difficult for those with large/heavy suitcases to carry. Amenities and facilities would benefit from some improvements. Parking is expensive ($35 a night)."

"Everything went well with the exception of internet connection which continued to ask me to join the Travellers Program and did not allow me to scroll down to the free internet. I had to go to the front desk twice to rectify this problem with my computer. Being on a business trip made this difficuot."

"Overall, it is a nice place to stay. We did have an issue with room heat, but it was promptly resolved. The other reason for my rating relates to the changes for food from the Hilton. I felt it was an excessive fee for breakfast. "
