"Beautiful area but casita needed a little tlc on windows and entrance and patio . Doorknobs were loose and bedroom window had issues with screens. Also thought with the type of property and cost of rooms that the toilet paper should have been of better quality. But the beds and bedding were awesome and it’s a beautiful resort!"

"The Tuxon is a refurbished hotel with limited amenities. It is clean and the staff are excellent. However the rooms are very small, there is no desk, nor was there a closet or bureau to put away clothes.The AC worked well. The pol area is small but pleasant. There is a limited menu of mostly hors d’oeuvres, but tasty. The location is off I-10, but not noisy enough to be concerning. We should have asked for another room...but we didn't. Breakfast was amazing and the staff is very friendly. Loved the courtyard and pool. Very roomy and so peaceful. "
